Preparation for Breathwork


I'll guide you through the active breathwork technique, ensuring you're comfortable with the breathing pattern and addressing any questions or concerns.

Active Breathwork Journey


Using a 3-part, rhythmic breathing pattern, we create a state where insights can emerge and emotional releases can occur. I'll guide you throughout, adjusting the pace and providing supportive cues as needed. This is where the transformation happens—in the space between your thinking mind and your body's wisdom.

Integration and Reflection


We conclude by exploring what emerged during your breathwork. What did you experience  and what wisdom does your subconscious want you to know.
